Problem setting up my new blog

    I don't really know what is the problem since I have set up a blog before. I am getting a warning sign whenever I try to type the address on my browser. I have look over and over the 5 minute install guide from Wordpress.org and I know that I have followed it thoroughly.

    Seems that you haven't uploaded the wp-settings.php file.

    Reupload all wordpress files, it should work.
