I would tell link building as the major part but the sad thing is that it is the most boring part of the web rank building.

proper use of H tags are numerical order top to bottom, don't use H1 more than once on a page and don't overdo the tags. don't put H6 on top of and H2 .

 

Simple question and simple answer is work hardly on SEO

H2 and H6 are header tags which we use in website like header 1,header 2 etc.
and i think for increase your Google search rank you should do link exchange with high pr rank sites and relevant to your theme.because the onpage seo help in increase the rank in google but the offpage can increase page rank of your site.
