• What is the most popular wiki software available?

I know you guys are all tool nuts so c'mon, educate me, let's see what we can find out about Wikis...

I like mediawiki myself.
It's the most complete package imho.

As a side note, is the information on the Wiki public domain which you can then put onto your own website?

 

wikis = waste of time

That's my opinion, of course. Wikis just aren't what they're made out to be. A lot of people like them, but the information in them is un-reliable at best.
