    I checked out: http://livepr.ezer.com and in fact one of my site is updating its PR within a few datacenters.... This site is brand new so there is something in the works...

    To be clear... just because your sites have not reflected an update, does not mean there is no update in progress. Even if you were due for an increase the entire internet does not updae in one fell swoop... it has to work it's way through the various datacenters.

    I'm monitoring several web sites scattered in different IPs and phisical locations in the world.
    Thare are PR changes on most of them on different data centres.
    So be patiant it will come to you too.

    if I get a link from the homepage of a PR5 trusted website (online since 2003) , but not "really" related to my site (actually my site is a "kind" of tips directory, so it's related to everything) .. does this have an impact on my PR ? and/or my ranking ?

    Avoid those Black hat SEO plugins like WP-uniquifier etc. Google will track you one day if you used them. Othr than that submit your sites to good directories. take a look at directories in addurl.nu.
