    I sent the money but have asked for a refund, the site is plain html and has no db or backend.

    What to do?

    The seller ignored my PM and just tried to push the domain.


    The site is a poor rip of this http://www.domainsavings.info/
    The rip is only HTML and usless.

    Both sites were designed by me, the aren't plain HTML - the contact form / submission etc are all custom coded.

    The coupon pages are HTML for easy updating. For $35 you can't really expect a custom designed backend etc.

    The only php is a contact form and it states coupons are in a database on the site and there not.

    Please can I have a refund, I could knock up a html version in 1 hour



    You can purchase complex php scripts for $35
