Amazon payments outise the U.S

Hi, I'm a newbie in this, i live in Egypt and I wanna make sure if i can receive checks from amazon associates...i heard that they don't support arab countries, i just signed up and didn't find restrictions about any countries

So did any one here (from outside u.s) has received payments from them? They just send the check to the address like adsense and that's all?

I'm sorry if this looked so naive or stupid to some advanced users here, i hope to find an answer here...thanks

I'm not from the US, and they send me payments. I don't know about Egypt, but if you could sign up, then you're good to go.

You can check your local bank whether any New York branches then find out for the routing number. Please be careful, you may waste the time to get paid if you put the wrong information.

Sorry for bothering, but do I need 2 separate accounts, 1 in my country and the other in the US or it's just one account with the same account number and routing number in both countries?

I heard that HSBC allows international banking but i dunno how much does this cost

    Has anyone go any info?

No! you don't need to separate for 2 bank locations. Just use your local account, specify New York for Bank location and the routing number then.
(if you have USA account, you can request DD to it then).

Note: Please clarify with your Bank whether or not support the Amazon DD payment.

DD payment: Amazon -> New York Bank -> You local Bank.

i live in middle east, got paid with my usa bank.
not every bank in ur country will support private clients, most usa banks in some abroad countries only deal with business companies and not in the private sector

You can also open account in us (it cost about 125$ - one time fee) and they can send you atm cart (ex. visa electron) and you can withdraw money on almost every atm world wide.
