    Both of them are REAL.
    The first one is very old and since people posted a lot of articles about this funny thing with title "What to do when inside of GRILL gets wet", so google has already find enough topics on the keyword to stop its own suggestion.

    However the second one is still working, In fact I found it myself yesterday, you can check that one yourself :)

    If enough people talk about it i'm assuming google takes it as a possible correct statement :) That, or these people all have the adult filters off so you get these things easier ;-)

    Either way there's been some pretty awesome ones that aren't even adult :p

    It's just a few keywords in the search query being changed, I don't see the need for you to post so many times. These are well known things that thousands, if not millions of Google users have found out already. You don't have to bring it up again, even if it is funny. The only reason for this isn't that Google is naughty, but that many people will ACTUALLY search " Paris Hilton is a Wh*re", and that's why it will suggest it to you.
