I was not aware I could add my feed to my facebook page, I'm going to have to look into that. I also haven't seen twitter feed, I'll check that too. I've heard of feedburner, but haven't actually used it yet, I should do that as well. Seems that even I have missed a few of the basics, I'll have to get on that.
yahoo answers is usually enough for me to get indexed in ~24 hours. a quick submission to top social networks will also do the trick. no need for all the rest.
Several of those have absolutely no relationship to getting indexed whatsoever. Having Google Analytics won't get you indexed - it's a tracking package. And Twitter and Facebook are nofollow, so they won't help. (so is yahoo answers) A backlink somewhere that gets crawled (and followed) regularly is the best way.
ya know, yahoo IS no follow...but it works. seems like some uber authoritative sites still get the links crawled even if no follow...they just don't pass juice from those links. i still see indexing from yahoo answers in 1-2 days *shrugs*
Thanks for the tips. Im working on SEO for a class of mine and this will definitely be useful. In addition, I have found that adding articles to DIGG and Reddit seem to do the trick pretty well.
I think this information can’t get you into Google in 24HRs. This is more for the lazy side on SEO even that more of the half of this tips has nothing to do with indexing. Links from High PR websites, directory submissions, social bookmarks, and articles submissions are far much better options. But again this is only my opinion and experience. . This is a good way to get indexed in 24 HRs. Especially if you get a link from an authoritative site. Somehow, yes this works. Yes yahoo answers are no follow, but links are somehow crawled and indexed. 1. Submit your URL to Google will take to Google about 1.5 weeks to index if you are lucky. 2. Make Google webmaster tools. This has nothing to index your website in 24HRs. 3. Make Google Analytics. Again, this thing has nothing to do with indexing. Like the word says “ANALYTICS.†4. No idea in that Feedburner is doing here. 5. Sitemap Not help for index. 6 & 7. Twitter account will work as Yahoo answers, Google somehow is indexing twits. 9. Facebook….mmmm well 10. Actually I can say if you post a comment in an authoritative blog, you will get crawled and indexed right away.
I've heard (and it makes sense) that if you ad AdSense ads to your pages your site will get crawled and indexed very quickly.
