Am I keyword stuffing?

If I put my long tail keyword phrase every 100 words in my web pages and articles, does that count as keyword stuffing. Will google penalize me for this?

What is the optimum amount of keywords/words do you think?

    You'll be fine.

I aim for approx 3 - 5% keyword density. Anything above 10% is keyword stuffing.

    Yes,

You are using 1 keyword in 100 words it is fine no problem with this regardless you are working in blog or article.

you don't have any problem until your keyword density is in between 2-4%.

Keyword Density = No.of. Times the word repeated / total number of words X 100

Can I know what is the length of your long tail keyword?

Usually, long tail keywords consist some of the vital keywords that used several times on the article too.

Try to keep it at minimum or 2-3% max per keyword.

You're doing just fine as long as it make sense to human readers. 5% maximum is ideal.

i hope there is not a pattern in your article, like literally 1 long tail keyword every 100 words or somewhat close. search engines might find that as a trick and penalize the site in the future if not now.

Eh he is backwards.....if you write like you are talking then do not worry about stuffing. I never pay attention to a percentage...and my stuff has always ranked well. Also try mixing up the order of the keyword....for instances....

    don't worry dear.
google will not penalize you. just keep retain your keywords density..

usually 3%-7% is optimum but you can use more than this according to your requirement.....
