500 dollars a month I use an adsense like program indeed.com So now I get around 2 dollars a day on average for an optimized site. Now I bought a banner on a job site which gets 1000 daily views. So hopefully I can get 2 dollars or more for that. That's with 2 percent of 1000 daily visitors coming into the site and half of those people clicking on the Indeed job search engine. Finally, I would need banners on 6 more 1000 daily view sites. That way I could get around 500 dollars a month. However, It's hard to find job sites that want banners. I also have another optimized job site in the works so that (in combination with the other sites) would give me 560 dollars a month. Any ideas? Does this sound like a good plan?
Plan is good, and action taken but the result is just based on your estimation. The fact is you need to monitor the result and see whether it achieve your expectation. If yes, then your plan work, else it fail
Why not look into other ways of monetizing your site - there's lots of better-paying options compared to PPC-ads
I'm not willing to risk the loss right now. With PPC all you need is traffic. The traffic can be from anywhere. Anything else requires a buyer from a rich nation and the economy is very tough now. With PPC all you need is searchers. If I need big money I can do SEO services for people. 500 bucks will pay the rent in my hometown and maybe gas and food too.
It's a good workable plan. Your target income isn't too high so it is achievable. I'm glad you're willing to spend some money to promote your site. Have you established the time frame or target when you want to reach your $500 target income. Be prepared to tweak your original plan.
you can take alook at google site targeting with site targeting you can target as many job sites you want and then can have your text or banner ad show on there website. So instead of looking for 6 job websites you can have your ad on 20, 50 80, 100 plus job websites. That means alot more targeted traffic for you
