    Common TOP paying keyword lists are of no use for developers and website promoters as they reflect just a common list of keywords with no niche determination, etc. Top paying keyword list is not targeted to any niche, so it can be used for AdSense, for example. Keep in mind that top paying keywords have very higjh competition among promoters and websites, the CPC (cost per click) is always high too. Also best of website promoter are using the "bully thechnique" to increase the CPC artifisially that's why you should not think that if a keyword has $49 per click - your income will be relatively high too. Keep in mind that Google will keep the most of this sum for itself and you will never know what was the real sum you could get.

    p.s. if you need top paying keyword for your niche, use any keyword database, create keyword list related to your niche, sort it descending by CPC and pick up words from it with the highest bid.
