Accepting Credit Card Payments with PayPal

    I'm currently creating a site that will eventually need to process Credit Cards and allow customers to pay with them.

    With a little bit of searching I have discovered that PayPal offer a Credit Card Processing service but I am unsure if I will be able to purchase this service without an account that meets the Merchant Rate Criteria (i.e. Received more than $3,000.00 USD in PayPal payments in the previous calendar month).

    Is it possible to enable credit card processing on a PayPal account that does not meet that criteria?

    i didn't know there was a limit. I use the service. You have to pay $30/month and you have to accept paypal and credit cards. at least that was the way it was when I implemented

    yep, i use paypal express. it takes credit card, debit cards, and bank transfers

    i have Virtual Terminal,there is no min. requirement.
