Many of my friends want to have the websites developed and have adsense ads on it, I remember I read somewhere that google will allow us to refer new publishers and pay us for that. But I could not find how to do that. Even I am not sure, where I had read that Did anyone come across something like this?

Well its cool to register on that program , you will be able to use mailing lists to send invites ....
When you login to your Account[adsense account] You will see on top right ->> Log Out - Invite a Friend - Contact Us - Help
I think we can't do that. For those who has not join adsense or adword program yet, it is good news for you all.
