Made this site for a client. He wanted a NFL niche. He pulled out at last minute for "being broke". So here it is for sale.

Name has good niche potential for PR and serps.

Content is not unique but can easily be re-wrote or added to. I actually have a guy writing me 10 articles now. I will include them in the sale.

Adsense in 2 days has netted $12. I'm guessing from back links. I have it optimized for SEO and it has been submitted to the top sites like Digg, Tecnorati and the like.

Have someone off DP submitting it to 200 PR1-PR5 sites now as I write this. Included as well. Going to be very helpful during Sunday games.

Is the NFL logo approved for use? They are pretty strict on licensing control.

 

no but in all honesty i can supply other logos. the original buy wanted it. i told him it might be an issue but kinda like he said "its a slim chance" and he's sorta right. all they'll do is ask you to remove it. but seriously it's plastered over millions of fan site.

also it would only really be an issue if you were selling a product with that label/logo.

Also I had three pm's about content. I am NOT a write. If I was I'd keep it, lol. So yes its a great site if you get a good writer but don't ask me to find you one. I can however pass on the name of my guy from DP and Warrior who does my sites but he is semi expensive.

Don't let this pass you up. I assure you this design and all the plugins are better then most the HTML or Wordpress sites you will see for sale on DP right now.
