Is there a lot of maintenance involved? updating, creating links etc?

 

i am making big $$ from forex and cpa and don't have time to run this site,,,,,, this is my very big project and i worked a lot in this site, so i don't like this site to get fucked,,,,,, so i am selling this site so that other can maintain this,,,,,,

 

What do you expect to earn if the site get's ranked in the top ten?

 

I would like to use this site for an English speaking market, but forgive me the English kind of sucks - I do not mean anythig bad by that it is just a fact.
So, I would have to rewrite the whole site. I am guessing I would have to put about at least 100 hour of work to clean it up. That is at 20$/hour exactly 4000$. This is how much it will cost me.
Now, I do not know what will happen to google ratings when the site will be transfered as I do not know where all the links come from and some of them might be tough to figure out. I am assuming that the rating will go down.

Most 70% of the traffic is from India - this does not help me either.
The only reason I would be consider buying it would be for the present Google ratings but these can change very quickly especially if I do not know what you have done to get them up and how long it will last.
I do not mean to offend. I am just trying to figure out if I should buy the site.
Also the domain seems to be less than one year old as per whois.
