Buying Need help creating VPS using HyperVM/OpenVZ

    hi all. ive been racking my brain about this and cant fix it,

    i need somone to help me with my VPS.. i want to create a VPS but i keep getting errors when i goto create one, if anyone can help me that would be awsome. i can pay a little somthing if you need. wont be much though.i need to install Cpanel on it.

    What are the errors? You may want to ask your VPS company to fix this, since it sounds like the template/build is broken?

    Oh no. I have a Ded server. And I want to create a vps.
    I am able to create it. But when I goto enable it I get the error. And have been on every forum to find the reason or fix. But nothing

    Have you installed the OpenVZ kernel? What *nix OS is your dedicated server running right now?

    I'm runing centos 5.3
    yes I have the openvz.
    But as soon as I create the vps I get some syscall error.I was on the hypervm forums but they told me to goto the openvz forums. And they are slow and haven't got a reply yet to my post.

    Yeah, looks like OpenVZ kernel.

    Have you tried manually creating a VPS via VZCTL?

    no i havent, im not 100% clear on the command to do it. but..

    i just tried now actually

    There's a few type of OpenVZ kernels.

    Here's a link to the type of Kernel flavors out there :
    http://wiki.openvz.org/Kernel_flavors


    When you follow that guide, make sure to do "yum install ovzkernel" That loads the proper type of kernel from OpenVZ.

    Lol. well i asked if they Do managed service and they said no, i think its because i didnt do this on a new install. i installed Kloxo first... so i might have to have it reloaded :(

    if somone can help me with this. ive reinstalled my server and HAD Cpanel installed on a VPS and now it wont work now... anyone can help? this is urgent
