I think the importance of having keywords in the domain is overstated.

From experience, I can tell you that having the exact keyword in the domain name can make a huge difference.

it's don't matter you use WP of BLogspot as your platform
my mentor teach me to use Blogspot, but some people said it better to use WP
but it depends on how you manage them and market them

for the article syndication what do you do?

Do you use one service or take the time to send them to different directories? I used to do it but just don't have the time right now. I really need to.. the results were excellent. It's tough to know which one's use html, which one's allow links where, and so forth.. eats up your whole day!

I don't agree on a few of them.

    1) Wordpress...
...Well, I know guys who are dominating competitive markets with their free Blogspots. I would always move to a fresh domain, but even so, there is no advantage with Wordpress in rankings. Google aren't stupid, they want their own platform to succeed.

    2) Buy a Keyword Tool...
...Absolutely no need to do that, the Google Adwords Keyword Tool is perfect for the job of keyword research and it is targeted specifically at the Google search engine, which has a 90%+ global market share of all searches made on the internet. No one can do a better job of collecting data than Google can today.

    Otherwise, some good points.

Agree with you pal. Blogspot still as profitable as wordpress.

For the key word tool I just use Adwords Keyword External Tool from Google.Lol

The time spent finding "good", non-competitive keywords/phrases is cut by at least 80% when using a paid tool like MNF or MS.

The Google tool is nice but there are just so many things that it doesn't do that you have to do manually to find good, non-competitive buying keywords.

If it could analyze the top-10 sites for you so you could judge strength of competition, I might agree with you but until then, it's too manual of a process for me.

Google doesn't love wordpress it has no preference, the reality is that it's not the type of site or blog or forum that you set up that matters, but how you promote it.
