I've got a handful of proxies but never can seem to monetize them well.

 

Just to share a little Adsense tip with you guys. If possible have a horizontal link unit at the top of your page and make it look like a navigation area as you get really good clicks on it. This is because people believe it's a navigation area and think it will take them to the proxy.

Does anyone else keep getting banned from Yahoo Answers by promoting their proxy sites? How can you overcome this?

 

Stop promoting your proxy site there? Yahoo Answers is not an advertising board.

 

Yes however it was one of the best methods for me before but they are obviously cracking down so I need to know if there is anyway around it accept stop promoting.

 

You wont get banned from yahoo answers if you post answers in other niche's too without links.

Try helping out people in any other category and maintain a balance for number of answers, you wont get banned.

 

My advise for you is not over do it promotion at there.
Keep it low at 2-5 answer per day.

 

Ive been promoting my proxies on yahoo answer for over 4monts and I have level 2 account now.
If you want to promote your proxies, put it on resource section not in the content. This will lessen the chance to be banned

 

Where are you guys promoting your proxies this season ??

To check your server for Blacklisted IP.

I think I will do more then 2-5 answers but plan to answer a non proxy question and then a proxy question and do around 5 wait 30 mins and go back again.

It's actually quite easy not to get banned. The trick, if you can call it that... is to answer people's questions and be helpful. The people who get banned tend to be those that just go and answer questions with a handful of links and offer nothing more.
