    The first promise was 24-48 hours for all articles.

    If he will not answer to the dispute - dispute will automatically resolved to my favour. It works for goods and I hope it should be the same for services.
    If he answer, well I will write to forume about life contact to this guy.
    I had already returned money from PayPal after some disputes.
