Don't ever use Ambien for Sleep. I was having some issues back in April and got some from my sister. They are extremely addictive (no matter how much you hear about them) I started taking them back in April and just now coming off of them. Than when you try to come off of them, it is worse. Your sleep is horrible for like a week and when you do finally fall asleep, you have the weirdest dreams I am just hoping I can start feeling normal again.

Tension and no physical exercise is main reason for not have sleep But i suggest people to have hard physical exercise to have sleep specially for those who is having this problem. Outdoor games are the best options for this specially for people like us who spent most of time on computer
