    Hi all,

The pubCenter pilot is currently open only to US participants, payouts are available only to users with US tax ID #s. Currently, we don't have a defined timeframe yet for expansion to other markets. If you are interested in participating the Pubcenter Pilot, you can visit advertising.microsoft.com/publisher for more information, you can even sign up for the pilot on the same page.

If you would like some additional information, you can also visit here: https://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=adCenter_Pub_RTW_ss&market=en-US&querytype=keyword&query=&tmt=&domain=beta.pubcenter.microsoft.com&format=b1

    Thank you,

    Brian H - MSFT
