Titles in the td tag? example: <td style="width:766px; height: 838px;" title="Tampa Web Design"> Titles in the table tag? example: <table style="width:100%; height:100%" summary="Tampa Web Design - Tampa Software Development - Tampa Web Development - Tampa Web Site Design" >
This type of stuff(ing) might have helped 10 years ago, but not anymore. If the SE's are trying to show best of class sites at the top of the SERPs, then it makes sense to put one's energy into building a best of class site rather than wasting time on this kind of short cutting.
Yep. Obvious SEO footprint of an inexperienced SEO. The title attributes in the <td> and <table> elements cause hover text everywhere on the page, but that is about it. No sophisticated search engine would count title attributes like this on such elements. I would be more concerned w/ the spammed links to all of those doorway pages in the footer. Perfect example of doorway pages. Every city's page is identical - only the city changes. If you're trying to compete with them, feel their tactics are violations of Google's Webmaster Guidelines, and are so inclined you "could" report them for spamming doorway pages which is exactly what they are doing. If those pages are ranking now, they won't be long. That site would likely NOT withstand a manual review by a Googler and a spam report would almost certainly result in a penalty. I'm not saying you SHOULD report them, only that if you do they would likely get slammed. PS: You can submit a spam report without a Google WMT account here and it MIGHT be investigated. However, if you submit a spam report here while logged into your WMT account it is GUARANTEED to be investigated.
