Hello Guys? Can anybody let me know, for a new website how can we get 1000 visitors in a day or so? So that traffic should be boost in starting? Your comments welcomed and give beneficial info to others too.
well, what kind of website is that, and the big question would be, why do you think you need 1000 visitors per day and what do you plan to do with them.. there are sites which get 10 000 visitors per day and make only 100 dollars per month, and there are others who make 10k per month with a few visitors per day.. (a jet rental service for example).
For a brand new site to get 1000 visitors a day can be awkward. One way is to start using PPC like Adwords while working on the organic SEO to build traffic over the next 3 months or so. That is unless you know someone who can throw you some PR 6/7+ links.

to get backlinks i would suggest you that you side probably write a aricle on what your site is offering or the product the site is offering. submit it to some article directories like ezine.com or goarticles.com and even connect with people who have same kind of niche this would be the start step but at the end its all about SEO technique that can help you reach the top

The point is 1000 uniques per day is meaningless if they don't want what you've got. If however you get 50 visitors a day who are all desperate to buy what you've got - job done! Traffic for traffics sake vs. targeted traffic, the latter wins every time.
