I do not quite understand the whole article thing.

You want to have original articles for every site you submit them to so you are not penalized by Google for duplicate content right?

Also, how do you make the article site relivent to your niche?

You can submit the same article to many different article sites. The articles are on their sites not yours, so there is no duplicate content on your site. Within the articles and in the author's bio you can place links to your site. You can anchor them with whatever keyword you are looking to get ranked on. Article marketing is about building quality backlinks from super high Page Ranked sites, thus passing link juice on to your site.

Nice collection of the article list, It would be more better if you mention how many days these article take time to approval submission, because these days lot of article do not approval quickly hope, as you mention this are top article list hope will get approval soon after submission!

I would not spend a penny on an ebook teaching you how to article market. Start with EzineArticles.com. They have strict guidelines about how many keywords per article, where to place links, etc. The good part is that they have done their research and know what is best for search engines.

Submit an article to them and their system will instantly tell you what corrections to make, i.e. too many keywords, etc. Use the accepted copy and submit it to others.

A good practice is to take 30 minutes every other day and write a new articles. Use the days in between to submit the previous day's article to 25 article sites. 30 minutes a day will give you fantastic results.
