Where can I find a theme like this?

    Hello,

    I've seen a website, I think it's running on WordPress.

    Do you have any idea where can I get a copy of this theme?

    The website is mombasa info.com (no space).

    Is here anybody who cold make a custom theme like this for me (I will pay of course)?
