[IMG] It says Main Menu with the green text.. The first 4 links are the google ads.. There is a adsense ad unit.. Other links under them are going to the pages of the website..

    Is this allowed by AdSense?

Do i get banned because of this placement?

I think this is not allowed. U can't prompt any visitor to click on ur ads by placing such text above the links. how ever you can put these links under the main menu links. I mean first put ur actual links then put the ad.

cool trick, for me there is not problem as long as you dont ask user to click your ads, other wise you already mix your ads to good one... keep up..:D

I would have to agree only if you want to do white hat. If not welcome to the dark side:).

You aren't allowed to imply at all that the advertisements are part of a "Menu" or non-advertising links. You should read the Program Policies:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=136881
(You can click on the link to see the unacceptable example)
