    You will surely get into legal trouble. Check out this forum itself in the legal section. Tami flu will contact you and you will need to transfer the domain sooner or later to them. You are infringing on their copyrights.

    Its not just tamiflu.in or tamiflu.com, its buytamiflu.in.....so cannot take any action, as buytamiflu.com and .net is also bought by other guys who are not associated with tami flu. Thanks
