    Content: Not original but the new owner can easily add lots of unique articles as its Wordpress - It also has an automated refeed system right now which updates automatically with health stories (You will need to set up a cron job unless you don't mind taking 2 seconds to do it manually each day)
    Uniques: Around 150 a month
    Revenue: It makes some AdSense but consider it 0 for this auction as I don't have it on a channel (I assume its a couple of bucks a month)

    www.sleep-better.co.uk is a great domain with no mispellings and it means something

    I will give full access to the hosting account for 2 weeks and its the users responsibilty to move it. (I will transfer the domain) The new user can also decide to keep the hosting if they agree to a subcription payment of $4 a month through Paypal and can terminate it at any time.

    Damn - great site at a great price ... sorry I missed it. Congrats to Jason and equally to the buyer for being at the right place at the right time .... whomever you are :)

    To anon buyer - I have narcolepsy and this would have been an easy site for me .... good move on the fast BIN ;)

    I knew I should have created 50 of those :eek:

    Im getting great value for the money though, it immediately went into a whole lotta health content for my main sites
