I think not, since it's very hard to find reliable servers that allow full 100Mbit transfer - this is not shared or anything. Optional RAM upgrade is 80€ one-time fee (1gb) or monthly fee of 80€/12months.
Where is the DC? Who is your network/bw carrier? Anyway I was thinking that its really impossible for dedicated 100mbps port for such a price.. Give me test bin and speedtest.net mini. I will see if this is real 100mb dedicated port or not.
