Purchased from here, was great for the first couple weeks then they lost ALL my files. Gave me a new server the nameserver isn't working. Hell their main website isn't even up. Unless I see a dramatic change in the structure and running of this, it's horrible. I hope that they satisfy me soon or else i'll have to leave negative feedback.
Hello dragonz2444 your account nameservers are pointing fine. I have no idea why you can't view your site. And our main site has always been up. If you can't view our site, please use a proxy first to check whether any site is up or not. Maybe its your ISP problem. And sorry for the file loss. We always encourage our users to take daily backups of databases. Even the best servers break sometimes. And we had a terrible DDOS attack.
