Tech. Review Website for sale -- big potential (don't have time for it)

Hello all!

I created HTGP last year in April. Since then, I have not done much at all.

Every time I posted an article, the Alexa rank would shoot up (100, 000's at a time .. we got up to 460,000) WITHOUT ADVERTISING, but since my focus is not technology anymore, but rather webdesign and college applications, ]) I can no longer take care of it.

I'll be honest to say that I don't know how much I think it's worth. I've only made 8 dollars from it with adsense, but I STRONGLY believe it has the potential to bring hundreds/month because tech ads get a lot of money. (because tech companies have more of an advertising campaign budget)

All this baby needs is someone to take care of it and feed it (with articles).
Along with the site, comes a full tutorials page that I had set up for authors (http://htgp.org/htgp101), and if you're serious, I'd be willing to offer a re-design for cheap. It is an entirely wordpress powered website.. because wordpress rocks!

Auction for this website will only last for 2 weeks after which I'll just keep it in the back of my closet and revive it once I get the time.

If these are the kinds of offers, then you may as well stop bidding.. I'm not letting this go for that cheap. No, I won't post a "Buy it Now" price.. because IDK how much it SHOULD go for. However, unless I get a satisfying amount of money for it, I will not let it go, and just start taking care of it again later.. no worries.

I have NO IDEA what's going on with the second url, but since I'm selling them, I guess just the first one is for sale, and the second one isn't...

Anyways, glad to see offers, but I'm sorry, not going to let it go for less than my weekly allowance.

Don't waste everybody's time dude. Set a starting price or a BIN price that is an indication of the minimum value you're asking.

For a site with ~10-20 standard looking articles, PR0 and no traffic, IMO you should be asking $30-$50

There right you need to set a minimun bid, and a BIN price, or your wasting peoples time, they have no idea what u want for it. You cant sell it of potenial, you have to sell it off reality dude, it is what it is now, not what it could be in the future, i agree the price should be between $25-$60 max. I wish you good luck with it, but set your price so people have a idea what is going on.

 

I've never sold a price, but i don't think I will now.. I didn't think they were that cheap.. I might buy a couple just for kicks then.. I'm not that desperate for money. Sorry if some people were really looking forward to it, but just from this thread's advertisement, I got 1.14$ from adsense.. just showing how much potential it has..

I don't know how much i was expecting.. I guess a part of me thought someone that was actually serious about this and looking for a tech website would be willing to spend more than 100$ for an already made one. I'll do a re-design when I'm done applying to college everywhere, and find some authors, and give it another shot.

Sorry again for any deceptions, thanks for the interest though.

Interested in doing a similar design for my tech blog? Like the logo
