Anyone know how many links one should include in their post? I am working on my internal link structure and I want to maximize the potential, but I don't want to over due it.

Usually, there are not limit but, the best is to keep it minimum.

As long as your post is readable for your readers is fine.

Always make sure to check the total number of links on your page is fewer than 100 as recommended by google.

If you refer to backlins, than the ratio is 1 link per 250 words in an article. this will keep your links on a rather strong note

Like what atniz has mentioned. A good gauge is less than 100 links on a page =)

Keep it natural. Don't flood the page with links.
