How come my page won't load in Internet Explorer?

If you go to the link directly, http://buynps.org/items.php it will load, but if you go to the link from another page (ie. http://buynps.org/buy.php) it won't load. It just gets stuck at at the loading screen. How can I fix this?

I just tested this in firefox and internet explorer and they both load fine.

 

If you go on the page directly, for example by clicking this link: http://buynps.org/items.php it will load, but if you try and go to it from another page, for example http://buynps.org/buy.php then clicking "items" it won't load in IE. :S
