Review my Tech Blog

Hello,
I started a new Tech Blog and it's in my signature "Technology Blog" ...
It's PR 2 and i am getting around 50+ UV's per day just in the starting as it's one week old blog only...

Very nice and clean design. Very refreshing to see a tech blog like this. Great use of the color blue and to finish it off, you need a favicon to complete the site.

Btw are you talking about logo or sumthing or some usual favicons?? If it's about logo, then i will be making it soon as i am just quite busy with other stuff so not getting time for it

Usual favicons are fine, but if you are going to make a logo, you should use that as your favicon as well.

 

Yeah I agree. Think of your favicon as a mini mascot for your site. It should bare some resemblence to your site in some way. A mobile phone recycling site like mine uses a recycle icon for example.

By the way.. Why is your site a masked tinyurl link?? http://tinyurl.com/kkj5sb
Why not just make the link http://www.tentechnologies.com/ which is your actual site url??

That's not going to help you if you want to get your site listed.

Anyway. So far so good. Some pointers for you.
Sort out your Permalinks... See how your links are http://www.tentechnologies.com/?p=69
The ?p=69 is bad. Very bad for Google indexing. And not helpful for human readers.
It should be something more like http://www.tentechnologies.com/softwares-for-business-purpose

Google around for how to change permalinks.

Also I see you are selling advertising space? Or would you be interested in a reciprocal or 3 way link exchange? I take it you know what these things mean? I'd expect so for someone who is running a tech related blog.

Ok just let me clear you everything very quickly ...
First of all about the favicon ... I will be making it soon as i said i am not getting enuff time for it
2nd thing about tinyurl ... That is i am just using on dp for link shortening as my signature link was not allowing me more characters so just shortened the link and that has nothing to do with site listing and all
3rd about permalinks .. I know that issue but my coding is somehow broken for every permalink other thn default so i will be working on that soon as i am not new in blogging World so i know how it works out ...
Btw permalinks are now fixed ... Thanks for pointing it out
Last thing .. Can you show me your tech related sites for links and all?

Super nice template, but your killing me with the lack of logo. Are you not done building the blog yet? Also, you have the search box on their twice. You might want to think about that. Prime real estate there on the top right. See my post about the search box: http://www.bestwebimage.com/archives/search-for-it/. I've always suggested having a search box highly visible, but I think it's getting a little more emphasis than it needs.

 

I will surely going to make a logo soon .. Sorry about that ...
Your post about Search box is good but i just put it on top and bottom so that visitors find it easier to search and don't to scroll up or down to search something .. Maybe I will replace one of the box with something else in future or just put the bottom one but right now i am fine with both of them ..

I doubt if it's something about my blog .. Are you sure your net connection is ok?? It's loading fine here and i never saw anyone complaining about it so maybe it's a problem at your end ..

I can even hide those advertisement boxes but i just wanna put it as it is .. I hope you understand why

Tell me guys is it really having some loading problem?? Is it loading slow at your sidE?
It's working super fast here and just 2 guys in this thread complained about it so i want to know if it's really loading slow or they are having some internet problem?

Was fast enough for me, but Pingdom said it takes 7.7 seconds. I would rate that poor if I was doing an analysis on your site.
