    Nope, I mean the value as cash is ~50K. You calculate value as cash using the model I listed earlier.

    However, you are right that the annual income would be roughly $2400.

    $200 x 12 months = $2400

    $2400/5% = 120

    So, $2400 + $120 = $2520...

    Where did you get 50k using that formula?

    Are you aware that "/" means divide?

    Please explain!
