Nice zzr mate. Here in the States it was the original ZX-6. It is a great all around bike. That's why they produced it for so many years with hardly any updates or changes. The CBR600F2 from that era were the same way...great bikes that really didn't need new updates every year. WHat do you find makes it a pig to work on?
Doing any work on the engine requires taking the fairing off. And to take the front fairing off properly you have to remove all the side and rear fairing around the seat It's a proper ball ache! But yeah, great bike all round. I want to upgrade to something bigger, but it's running so well I can't justify it!
I think vehicles can be dangerous including bikes. the main disadvantage of bike is that it dont give chance to recover from mistake which has been made by the driver while other vehicles give sometime to recover from mistake before the accidet take place.
Hi Friends, I usually drive my Pulsar DTSI-180 only 10 Km a day its on my mood but my running is 120-150 a day with my Mahindra Scorpio. Its the best vehicle.
Any vehicle that is more stable at higher speeds due to the gyroscopic effects of its wheels is alright with me. I need to get out of my cage; I'm the only one in my family that hasn't had a bike yet...I'm 20 and feel the window of cool upon which I can ride a sportbike will only slowly close after 21.
Riding a motorcycle isn't really dangerous. If a person has discipline, anything he/she does will never be a problem. You just need to wear the necessary gears like helmet.
It doesn't appear that the motorcycle was dangerous, it sounds like your brothers riding skills were dangerous
I started riding motorcycles when I was seventeen years old. Much to my dad's dismay. I am a female rider and didn't wear helmets or anything back then. I even rode with sandals, shorts and tank tops. You have to be a conscious driver and be aware of your surroundings. I have never laid down my bike or been in an accident. I do wear helmets and closed toe shoes, pants and sleeves now. But I do go for rides with no helmet and short sleeves. It's great to feel the "freedom" so to speak. My first bike was a Ninja 600RR. Good bike, but very sensitive clutch. I taught my husband to ride his bike, Yamaha FZR 600. Looking into getting one bike, Kawaski ZX14R. My best advice, always think of the "what if" factor when you are on the road. Jen and Mike
Yes in today's world everyone is on the go and you have to be careful driving on the road. I grew up driving dirt bike then street bikes etc. have not been on one in a long time.
