Images should not be used, if you use a border or anything.......... If you use images, it is to raise your ctr - and that is cheating the system, and it causes non conversion clicks - either can get you booted:

WHEN IS YPN COMING OUT OF BETA ?

When is ypn coming out of Beta (coming to non USA countries) Nobody knows.... the last messages stated maybe near Thanksgiving or Christmas of this year, but by then it could be pushed back to the first quarter of 2007. It may never come out of beta, and believe me, at the rate the EPC is falling, by then it won't be much better than AdSense, anyway, to a lot of folks.

Why police other sites and then flame them ? Who cares what somebody else does, I bet the reason a lot flame other sites or ask 'Is this site legal ?', is because you KNOW it's against the TOS, but you are either jealous that they are getting away with something you wish you could do, or/and you just want to get them into trouble because you figure their making a lot of money off it....... who cares.... mind your own site(s) and business.

Yahoo has clearly stated that YPN invitations are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Each invitation is SITE-SPECIFIC. YOUR SITE did not get the invitation.

Do not target your traffic to an irrelevant category off of your sites content this is against the Yahoo TOS.



WHAT CATEGORY DO YOUR SITES USE?

If your building a site and looking for the highest niche do not ask in a public forum, the niches that are paying good are paying good because it is not overcrowded with too much inventory. If a million sites popup in that category the RPC will diminish quickly and you will nto only miss out on good revenue but you will ruin it for the people that worked hard to establish a site in that niche.

Heres your feedback on it, it is not allowed per the Yahoo TOS, if Yahoo makes an exception and specifically allwos certain image polacement by your ads then its fine, unless you have direct approval from Yahoo DO NOT DO IT!
