    She is living at opposite of my home and she always look me , Today she was reading her book at her home actually she was not reading the book, she was waiting for me i think :rolleyes:, i know why she is looking me. so i think she is also in love...What do you think ?

    I think you are pretty clueless. You said you love each other and are thinking about proposing. Now you are not even sure if she feels the same way. Have you actually spoken to her before? Do you even know her name?

    You are probably both interested in each other but it is not love. Do not get involved with someone so young.

    You sound a bit like a psycho stalker. First you say you want to propose... but then you take it back and just want to tell her you love her. NOW you are making it sound like the two of you haven't even talked yet! Why don't you try to have a conversation with her before you decide you love some girl you don't seem to even know.
