    guys i have reported the thread and my bid has been withdrawn, i emailed social engine to ask if the license is valid and they said it is not.

    He's not making any claims about selling a license. Consider the cost of buying a valid license to be an additional cost of getting this site up and running if you do buy it.

    If the script is nulled then it may contain malicious code and in such case the buyer should buy a license and upload legit code and reinstall the website (in case there are any malicious database data) so in the end the buyer gets only the domain out of the deal.
