a "report post" addon for WP?

I run a T.V. episode site, and I'm looking for an addon where users can report non-working posts, do you know of any addons that would provide a "report post" feature?

Would you want the report post feature to email you? If so, you could probably modify this to use for that as well: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-email/
