I have a hosting account, I can open my website but when I use online ping via ping websites all result are "connection timed out" or "Packets lost (100%) "

Can you explain? does this have affect to my traffic? I lost lots of visitors.

    thanks

Your web hosting provider must have blocked ping traffic (icmp). this is normal and you should not worry about it. it won't affect your performance too.
but if you want to use some monitoring tools use on http (port 80) and https (port 443)

daredashi is right: your provider should have rejected the icmp traffic. No worry about it.
