    Personally, I use Wordpress, just because it looks more professional, and is much more user-friendly. Although you won't be allowed to add advertisements without paying, if that's what you're planning on doing. If you're looking for fast, and easy - with ads, then blogger is for you. If you're going for a professional look, go for Wordpress. You can have up to any amount of blogs on either one, but don't overdo it, or they might notice. As for SEO-friendly, having experimented with several blogs on both, I've noticed that my blogs on Wordpress get indexed on search engines faster. It could be a mere coincidence, but that's the info I have.

    Yes you can. I have about 10 blogs registered on my blogger account and no email from Google saying it was a violation of any TOS. Just make sure too put the blogs to good use and not leave them there.

    You can creat as many you want with blogspot. as I know at lest you can do 500 blogspot using same email. Wordpress also good, sorry I don't know wheatehr they allowed multiply blog in same email
