Top 400 Paying Adsense Keywords $29 to $70 per Click

Hm.

If you're really seeing those types of earnings, I bet you can make more money by using those keywords for yourself instead of selling as a one time sale for a list.

 

Although $70 a click would be ideal, it would be nowhere near that more than likely.

I'm going for a different approach with some websites, focusing on getting traffic opposed to high paying keywords. At the end of the day traffic = $$$ so why not try dominate a few smaller niches as everyone is going for the 'mortgage' 'finance' related sites chasing the high clicks.

The real thing that matters is the traffic.

*edit- just followed the link to the high paying list and I'm floored! Is someone really willing to pay almost $83 bucks for Austin DWI? WTf am I doing blogging about food? GEEZE!!! I'm only getting about $0.10 per click on most of my sites! I'm totally selling out now.

It's not worthless and there are lot's of shmucks on the net who will pay for anything. There are also people who don't want to spend hours messing around with the adwords tool to find out what pays high and what doesn't. If you're starting from scratch it's a total craps shoot finding high paying keywords. You could sit for hours typing words into the keyword/adword tool to find words that pay decent. I've never found anything that pays as high as you're claiming so I'm guessing their pharmacutical words.

Anyways, my point is that yes, the list is worth something to the beginner or the person who has money and is new enough to not have a list, and would rather pay than spend the time to build one.

Is it worth money here? No. You should give the words away here since we're a community and since we might be willing to help you sell them if you should choose to put it on clickbank for a hefty fee.
