Freebies, Tricks, Cheats forum... $100 revenue in last 30 days

Ive got a forum that im CONSIDERING selling but if im honest i just dont know what ill be doing so all depends on what offers i get. If your going to offer me something silly please dont reply as it just wastes everyones time.

Its a phpbb forum with some modifications including

a shoutbox - modded so when a new topic is made it is displayed as a status message
adsense inserted and modded to make it appear the way it does here on DP forums, nice and neat in a little bar underneath.

Some other little mods like making links open in new window etc etc.

Site is ranked 627,555 in Alexa

57% new visits

Have made about £60-£70 in the last month, most of this is due to affiliate links, i.e. getting paid 80p per signup etc etc. As my site is freebies related generally means when things are advertised, comission is earned as members never have to pay or signup to anything.

Prob have 10 odd Affiliate accounts through 2-3 companies, details will be passed on so you can change ref links yourself.

2 domains, co.uk and .com extension, both have 21 months left before expiring.

All of the above can be proved to interested parties, just PM me. Same goes for the URL as i dont want this page indexing by google as im sure most can understand.

Not sure what to ask price wise but if i dont get roughly what im after then i wont be selling. Bear in mind that the site has made £60-£70 (is about $100 according to paypal)

Glanster, I dont have a starting bid, more of make an offer and ill either say yes or no.

Ive seen people list sites on here then someone replies going "ill bid $40" Which just aint going to happen.

I can prove revenue and all other info, so you tell me what you think its worth. As I said ill either say yes or no so whats the worst that could happen.
