3,839 Page impressions, 44 clicks and $0.00 earning, ouch. can anyone HELP!

Hey guys...

I have this video blog with just some little traffic all over the world, but major traffic comes from Philippines coz this site is a Philippine related site.

Most of the traffic is natural traffic that comes from Search Engines, yet it also has some direct traffic and some traffic from other websites.

Last august I tried putting adsense ads above the video and I got 44 clicks for the 3,839 page impressions.

Most of the pages doesn't have text content, but only video. And so far for the 44 clicks and 3,839 page impressions I only got $0.00 earning.

Does anyone here can tell me if this is possible(or google just don't like my site) and is there anyway I can improve my earnings?

I really appreciate some help....

These are fraudulent clicks for sure. You may not be involved in it, but be careful in your site promotion now.

 

You are not getting paid because Google believes that your clicks are not genuine. Possibly someone may be clicking on the ads on your site repeatedly. You need to find the source quickly before you get banned by Google. It is a decent number of impressions and you should be earning more, you really need to look at the layout of your site. You need to make some serious changes the placement of your ads so that you get a decent click-thru-rate.

Well, I really don't know if ALL of my visitors who click my ads does it intentionally. And also I get a majority traffic from Google Search Engine...

Resent earnings? hmmmmm with my other blogs it's doing ok, but just this one. And also as I stated above I just started putting adsense ads last august with this site.

This is my first video blog, so I really don't have any idea if this kind a site make that much in adsense and I also tried searching google about video blogs earning low with adsense but I could not find anything similar with my problem.

I only got 44 clicks in the whole month of august and if ever someone is clicking my ads intentionally I guess they go beyond that for sure. And also I never seen more than 10 clicks in a single day of august.

Guys, is there any way I can contact google and ask something about this?

 

Well, these clicks seem to be invalid !

Better report it to Adsense in order to be safe in Future.

ow now I think I know WHY.

I Forgot that on my Google adsense I set my Allowed Sites to Only allow certain sites to show ads for my account

And on the list I don't have my new site listed so this might be the reason behind this...

Anyway I will add my site on the list and will see what happen.

I guess not. I check my site almost all day in the month of august and I don't see any public ads. Well, I rather wish it was showing public ads that time rather ads from those site that gets free traffic from my site.

 

So you are not a Kid, but can't make money after 3980 impressions...

so you are not a kid and you ask if you can CONTACT google?

Maybe you should contact Google and find out what is happening.

Maybe they can block the IP of the person click bombing you.

i think your visitor is not from top country.

 

You have clicks but no earnings from them. I think it is because google thinks they are fraudulent clicks. Try deleting the adsense code, create new ad unit and put in that code and watch for a few days how it goes.

I believe that as per Google Adsense terms and conditions you cannot have image or video near the ads. This may be the reason that Google is counting your clicks as invalid and not paying for the same.

I suggest that you put more unique content and less video. Also, do Google Adsense section targetting. Don't put image or any video ads near the Google Adsense ads and Google will definitely pay you.

i would report it to Google if i was you as they seem to be fraudulent clicks and if you don't report it they may think it's you which means ADSENSE BAN!

it may be automated bots coming in and following links...i've had this problem when promoting through youtube before

 

Now it's doing ok I just got one click and it's $0.02, yah it's kind a low but atleast it's NO more ZERO....

Yups.. I agree with others.. they may be fraud clicks and may let your adsense account banned.
