    I think this is very good site, with a lot of features, a lot of backlinks, it has pagerank, I will bring 10 000 unique visitors.

    It does not have pagerank, most of the backlinks are from the same blog having a PR 0, the forum is dead and the alexa rank is 1.2mil..i dont understand what makes this site worth 400$

    Bring those 10K visitors first and come back to me, I'll buy. It's very stupid if you want people to buy your site then after that you give them 10K visitors, there's no guarantee. You must bring the 10K visitors first to your site then relist it.
