Capitalize the first letter of a city name in mid sentence

    If im wrinting an article and throughout the paragraphs i mention London a few times, should i capitalize the first letter when London appears mid sentence?

    Or do i just write it as london?

    you capitalize all proper nouns. London is the name of a city and is a proper noun.
