You can get a free blog, make 10 or 15 unique posts, with relevant information, social bookmark it, ping it, wait a couple of weeks and submit for adsense review to get your account.

Yes u can and u only need to create an account with any of blogging site and it is easy to create a blog and place google adds on it.

 

first u create a blog and then register with google adsense.

 

After registeration login to google adsense account and click on get adds.

 

Then the whole procedure is easy and i think u can do it, if u need more help then reply
