How long it took you to get First $100 from AdSense

I'm still to reach $100. It happen since 4 month ago. Still wait with patient.

 

Like 6 months.. I was just using it for side bar "filler" on a product based site.

Hard to decide to show ads verses trying to sell the products.

 

Ive had an adsense account for over 2 years and still havent come close. luckily I found much better ways to earn online and now own my own internet business.

 

I need 20 months for first payment!
I was absolutely bad Adsense publisher

 

took 1 month because i already had a good site setup.

 

yeah it is right one because I am stuck on $93 for last one month. I am working on my blogs but there is no click on my site as i was earning $5 to 10 everyday
this is not a good thing by adsense

 

3 months to reach $100 with a website. 1 year later, i get a minimum of $600/mth to $1200/mth.

 

It took me 5months but within that period I stopped posting for 2months, now I'm earning $100+/month

 

What was the reason they banned you? I mean, your friends must have done a lot of malicious clicks...?

 

It's great to see that other people start off slowly too. It's been a week for me and my site and I've made less then 100 CENTS. LOL. So it sounds like traffic is slow to start up and eventually picks up? How did most people grow their sites during the first 3-4 months?

 

i took me 2 years to get my first $100, well i don't know how html, php, blog and all the stuff

 

First $100 normally take longer time, it take me 1 month plus to achieve my first $100

first of all i want to thank you too all the guys here who responded to my question.
After reading all the replies.. i came to a conclusion that if the site is a bit old where traffic is medium, it's taking around 2-5 months to earn first $100 and if we keep working on then i guess it would grow up. Hope for the best.
Some guys said that it took 1 year or so..i am just curious if they are having blogs or web site?

 

For me it took 6 months get my first %100 mark.

 

It took me four or five months for the first 100 but then the traffic was low. After that there's no looking back

Yeah I forgot to add that now I make my 100 every month for about a year now. No depression for me, adsence and my new sites keep going up, up up,...Stay with it (read!) new guys and gals... You can be the next success story!

Freaking $1200.00 + 1099 from g sux on taxes....

Took me around 2 months.

 

Blogs and sites... Flip your money into new sites/blogs... good luck, it takes time to build.

The way i look at if 100 sites can pay 1.00 a day then that's 100 a day and if they pay more then thats even better. Drop the ones that don't do well.

I have a brand new (month old) self hosted blog w/ only like 10 visits a day and I'm catching $3.00 clicks already. Pick you niches wisely, research them..
