    Hello, your issue should be already solved, if you are not happy with us why not leave? it will be a pleasure for us to give you a backup of your files.

    Because downtime for 4/12 hour was not happened before the recent event on NL3, which affected site for more than 39 hour.

    Servers as been fully restored now through and remember we cannot fix issue fast when this is out of our control like this issue on NL3, where one of our servers get seized and another servers was formatted by the datacenter without our knowledge or approbation.
